What we collect

- Enquiry content (markets traded, experience notes, programme interest)

We do not ask for passwords to brokerage accounts, full account numbers, or government identity documents through the enquiry form.
Why we collect it
To respond to training enquiries, schedule sessions for technical analysis training and risk-managed trade setup planning, issue invoices, improve the website, and meet legal record-keeping duties.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept up to 24 months if you do not enrol. Booking and invoice records are retained for seven years to satisfy ordinary business and tax practice in Australia. You may request earlier deletion where the law allows.
Your rights
