Refunds & cancellations

These rules apply to coaching intensives, clinics, workshops, and weekly review blocks booked with Aiconnecthub. They do not cover brokerage products, software licences, or goods we do not sell.

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on how far in advance you cancel, whether a deposit was paid, and how much of the programme has already been delivered. Training that has started is usually adjusted by credit or partial refund rather than a full return of fees.

Timeframes

• More than 14 days before the first scheduled session: full refund of fees paid, minus any non-recoverable venue costs disclosed for in-person workshops.
• 7–14 days before: 50% refund of fees paid, or a credit valid for six months.
• Fewer than 7 days: deposits are generally non-refundable; remaining prepaid fees may be credited toward a future date at our discretion.
• No-show without notice: session fee forfeited for that meeting; remaining intensive sessions may still be rescheduled once.

Deposits

A 30% deposit may be required to hold intensive or workshop dates. Deposits are credited toward the total fee. They become non-refundable inside the seven-day window above, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

Partial refunds and work already started

If you withdraw after Session 1 of an intensive, we refund unused later sessions on a pro-rata basis less the deposit retention rules. Chart annotations and worksheets already prepared for you remain yours; no rebate applies to materials already produced.

Weekly Setup Review blocks

Four-week blocks are prepaid. Unused weeks cancelled with at least seven days’ notice may be credited. Mid-week cancellations without notice count as delivered.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a coaching session once without fee if you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Further reschedules may incur a $40 administration fee. Workshops move only if the whole group agrees or we cancel the date.

Our cancellations

If Aiconnecthub cancels a session, you choose a full refund for that session or a new date at no extra charge. If we cancel an entire workshop, deposits and fees for that event are refunded in full.

Materials

Printed worksheets posted to you are non-refundable once dispatched. Digital templates included in fees are not “returned” and do not create a separate refund line.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method (bank transfer for invoice payments). You will receive written confirmation when the transfer is lodged.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law for services not provided with due care and skill.
