By accessing aiconnecthub.digital or enrolling in Aiconnecthub training, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book sessions.

About our services

Aiconnecthub provides educational technical analysis training and coaching related to risk-managed trade setup planning. We do not provide personal financial product advice, brokerage, portfolio management, or guaranteed trading results. Any examples used in sessions are for instruction only.

Bookings and fees

Programme fees, deposits, and scheduling are confirmed in writing before the first session. Informational prices on this site may change. Payment instructions are issued by invoice; this website does not process card payments.

Intellectual property

Session materials, worksheets, annotated examples, and website content remain the property of Aiconnecthub. You may keep copies for personal trading education. You may not republish, resell, or present the materials as your own training product.

Conduct

You agree to participate in good faith, refrain from recording sessions without prior written consent, and avoid sharing other participants’ personal information from group workshops.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Aiconnecthub is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or decisions you make after training. Our total liability for any claim related to a booked programme is limited to the fees you paid for that programme.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts in Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
